Ureshino tea is a brand of tea with a history of over 580 years.
Ureshino tea, a rare tea variety that accounts for less than 1% of Japan's green tea production, is known for its soft, refined flavor and has repeatedly been awarded first place in Japan at national tea tasting competitions. The Riso Kiln single-hand tea set further enhances the tea's aroma and flavor. Its elegant shape, which fits snugly in the palm of your hand, and the smooth texture unique to white porcelain are its charms. Brewed slowly at a low temperature, it is delicious and beautiful down to the last drop. Blending the traditions of Arita ware with modern sensibilities, this tea is perfect for teatime at home or as a gift. It will soothe your mind and add elegance to your life.

Tradition/History
The beginning of Arita ware and the roots of "Riso Kiln"Arita, Saga Prefecture, is the place where porcelain was first fired in Japan. It all began in the early 17th century, when a potter named Yi Sam-pyeong, who came from Korea, discovered porcelain stone in Arita's Izumiyama. This marked the beginning of a porcelain culture that has continued for over 400 years. Riso Kiln, which opened on the site of Yi Sam-pyeong's former residence, was founded in 1930. While carrying on the traditions of Arita ware, the company is never bound by them, challenging itself with new forms and pursuing beautiful shapes that are timeless.
The charm of the creator

Since its founding in 1947, Tokunaga Tea has been manufacturing and selling its own tea, growing alongside Ureshino Tea. While staying in Ireland, third-generation owner Kazuhisa Tokunaga became keenly aware of the importance of providing Japanese tea that can be enjoyed by people with a wide range of tastes to the broad world table. With the mission of "spreading Japanese tea around the world," Tokunaga has always worked hard to produce tea while exchanging opinions with tea producers, and has won numerous awards in domestic and international competitions.
