The best ramen made by a traditional noodle shop founded in 1873
This vegan-friendly ramen is made without any animal ingredients or chemical seasonings. The three special soups, "Tonkotsu-style Veggie," "Flavored Veggie Salt," and "Rich Soy Sauce," bring out the umami flavor of plant-based ingredients, and the smooth, chewy noodles blend together to create a rich, full-bodied flavor with every bite. The Saga nori seasoning, "Kamiboshi," is made from Saga nori seaweed grown in the famous Ariake Sea, which is then dried and roasted as is, resulting in a flavorful delicacy. The nori's natural aroma and flavor enhance the flavor of the ingredients, making it a great accent for ramen, salads, pasta, and gratin.
Tradition/History
Tradition/History
A tradition woven over 150 yearsInoue Seimen was founded in 1873 and is one of the original companies that introduced the world's first mechanical noodle-making machines. Mechanically made noodles do not use oil, which allows for a more pronounced wheat flavor. While carrying on the traditional Kanzaki Somen manufacturing method that has been passed down since around 1635, Inoue Seimen has always been passionate about noodle-making, skillfully incorporating innovation to provide products that contribute to health and a better diet.
The charm of the creator
The charm of the creator
Inoue Seimen was founded in 1873. Fifth-generation owner Yoshihiro Inoue has always been passionate about making noodles, aiming to provide products that contribute to health and a better diet. "We want to bring the deliciousness of true ramen to vegetarians as well." This passion led to the creation of this ramen without the use of any animal ingredients, chemical seasonings, or preservatives. The deep umami flavor of this bowl is supported by the effort and sincerity with which the noodles are made.
How to make
Cook the noodles in boiling water for the time indicated on the package, then drain thoroughly. Serve in the dissolved soup and top with a pinch of dried komiboshi seaweed. The umami of the nori seaweed will permeate the soup, creating a richer flavor.
Arrangement
"Komiboshi" can be used not only for ramen, but also as a finishing touch to salads, pasta, and gratin. Just one sprinkle will add depth to your dish, elevating an everyday dish to a special flavor.
